LAVANDA BLUEBERRY
Lavender-infused ice cream with an organic blueberry sorbet-like swirl.
A smooth coconut ice cream inspired by our Caribbean Ocean; we naturally dye it with blue spirulina.
GUINEO PRALINE
Using local bananas from Humacao, PR, we craft a banana ice cream with house-made pecan praline.
CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE
Chocolate ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl and chunks of chocolate cake.
VERY VAINILLA
Creamy, dreamy vanilla-forward ice cream, thanks to a 48-hour cold steep with premium vanilla bean extract.
CAFECITO
Premium Café Idilio coffee beans from barrio Mameyes in Jayuya, PR, infuse this full-bodied ice cream.

Fresa Lima 🍓🍋🟩
A refreshing sorbet inspired by summer lemonades. We combine organic strawberries and local limes from Finca Vilella, Jayuya.
Wildberry Cheezcake 🫐🥧
We combine our signature "cheezcake" ice cream with a house-made graham crumble and a bright wildberry jam.
Ube 🍠💜
A smooth ice cream made from real ube; we built this flavor by soaking ube halaya jam, made in-house, in our coconut cream base. Ube is a type of yam used in Filipino cuisine, known for its vibrant purple color and subtly sweet, nutty flavor.
Esnikers 🥜🍫
This fan favorite is a peanut-only ice cream featuring a house-made peanut caramel swirl, a chocolate hard shell, and roasted salted peanuts. Tastes exactly like that candy bar!
