A smooth, coconut-free ice cream made with roasted pistachios.

FRESA MELóN
A refreshing sorbet made with strawberries and local honeydew melon from Jayuya, PR.
Sunflower ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl, chocolate sprinkles, and chocolate chips.
LAVANDA BLUEBERRY
Lavender-infused ice cream with an organic blueberry sorbet-like swirl.
A smooth coconut ice cream inspired by our Caribbean Ocean; we naturally dye it with blue spirulina.
GUINEO PRALINE
Using local bananas from Humacao, PR, we craft a banana ice cream with house-made pecan praline.

Chocolate ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl and chunks of chocolate cake.

Creamy, dreamy vanilla-forward ice cream, thanks to a 48-hour cold steep with premium vanilla bean extract.

Premium Café Idilio coffee beans from barrio Mameyes in Jayuya, PR, infuse this full-bodied ice cream.

Sesame ice cream bar with a fudge brownie center, dipped in a chocolate hard shell and a crunchy chocolate cookie crumble.
Parcha Tres Leches "Drumstick"
Waffle cone filled with soaked cake, whipped cream, passion fruit ice cream, dipped in white chocolate, and decorated with sprinkles.
Guava Cheezcake "Empanadilla"
A spin on the Choco Taco, we shape our waffle cone disk like a fried turnover, filling it with our signature Cheezcake ice cream and guava jam.
