Happy Pride!
Inspired by pavlova, we crafted an ice cream with a "rainbow" swirl of strawberry, blueberry, and passion fruit sorbets, studded with mini meringues. We are donating 15% of our sales of this flavor to Colectivo Pluma, a non-profit organization focused on wellness, stability, and support for multidisciplinary artists of the Caribbean LGBTQ+ community.

An almond-only ice cream with a house-made vegan meringue and vanilla cake pieces. This flavor is inspired by Laura's (our founder) grandmother's go-to cake recipe - vanilla cake soaked in almond syrup, and coated with a fluffy meringue.
