Mucho Gusto's JUNE scooping menu is inspired by PRIDE, the foods we are currently obsessed with, summer treats, and childhood memories.


SCOOPS


Signature Flavors 

FRESA MELóN

A refreshing sorbet made with strawberries and local honeydew melon from Jayuya, PR.

Super Sunflower 

Sunflower ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl, chocolate sprinkles, and chocolate chips.

LAVANDA BLUEBERRY

Lavender-infused ice cream with an organic blueberry sorbet-like swirl.

Coco Playero

A smooth coconut ice cream inspired by our Caribbean Ocean; we naturally dye it with blue spirulina.

GUINEO PRALINE

Using local bananas from Humacao, PR, we craft a banana ice cream with house-made pecan praline.

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

Chocolate ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl and chunks of chocolate cake.

VERY VAINILLA

Creamy, dreamy vanilla-forward ice cream, thanks to a 48-hour cold steep with premium vanilla bean extract.

CAFECITO

Premium Café Idilio coffee beans from barrio Mameyes in Jayuya, PR, infuse this full-bodied ice cream.

Pluma CUIR 🪶🌈

Happy Pride!

Inspired by pavlova, we crafted an ice cream with a "rainbow" swirl of strawberry, blueberry, and passion fruit sorbets, studded with mini meringues. We are donating 15% of our sales of this flavor to Colectivo Pluma, a non-profit organization focused on wellness, stability, and support for multidisciplinary artists of the Caribbean LGBTQ+ community.


"Oreo" Cheezcake 🖤🤍

We combine our signature "cheezcake" ice cream with a house-made chocolate cookie crumble and a chocolate hardshell sauce.


Matcha White Chocolate 🍵☁️

A marble of ceremonial matcha and white chocolate ice cream, with bits of extra white chocolate chips throughout.


Bizcocho de la Abuela 👵🍰

An almond-only ice cream with a house-made vegan meringue and vanilla cake pieces. This flavor is inspired by Laura's (our founder) grandmother's go-to cake recipe - vanilla cake soaked in almond syrup, and coated with a fluffy meringue.

Very Vainilla ice cream with house-made chocolate sandwich cookies dipped in a chocolate hard shell with more chocolate cookies.

Almendra Crunch 🍫✨ (Dipped)

Our original dipped ice cream bar is made by dipping Very Vainilla ice cream in a chocolate hard shell with toasted almonds.

Warm Brownie Sundae 🍨

A fudgy, warm brownie topped with a scoop of ice cream, signature hot fudge sauce - from our founder's family recipe - whipped cream, and sprinkles. So nostalgic!
