
Hola May! This month is all about celebrations—Mother's Day, graduations, Prom, Cinco de Mayo, class parties, etc. It's also the start of mango season in Puerto Rico. Our seasonal scooping menu and pints are inspired by cocktails, vibrant local mangoes, and decadent dessert spreads we'd expect at all the gatherings happening this month.

Using local bananas from Humacao, PR, we craft a banana ice cream with house-made pecan praline.

Creamy, dreamy vanilla-forward ice cream, thanks to a 48-hour cold steep with premium vanilla bean extract.

An almond-only ice cream with a house-made vegan meringue and vanilla cake pieces. This flavor is inspired by Laura's (our founder) grandmother's go-to cake recipe - vanilla cake soaked in almond syrup, and coated with a fluffy meringue.
