A refreshing sorbet made with strawberries and local honeydew melon from Jayuya, PR.

Super Sunflower *

Sunflower ice cream with a chocolate fudge swirl, chocolate sprinkles, and chocolate chips.

Guineo Praline *

Local banana ice cream (from Humacao) with house-made pecan praline.

Lavanda Blueberry *

Lavender-infused ice cream with an organic blueberry sorbet-like swirl.

Very Vanilla *

Creamy, dreamy vanilla-forward ice cream thanks to a 72-hour cold steep with premium vanilla bean extract.

CAFECITO *

Premium Idilio coffee beans from barrio Mameyes in Jayuya,PR infuse our "iced coffee" ice cream.

Coco Playero *

Coconut ice cream inspired by our Caribbean Ocean; we naturally dye it with blue spirulina.

MANTECADITO

It's cookie szn so why not dedicate a flavor to the mantecadito (thumbprint shortbread cookie), an iconic during festivities—almond ice cream, with chunks of a shortbread cookie and a guava swirl.

OREO CHEEZCAKE

We combine our signature "cheezcake" ice cream with pieces of OREO cookie crumbs and chocolate hardshell.

TRES LECHES

Vanilla-cinnamon ice cream with chunks of soaked cake and vanilla bean whipped cream.

NO-TELLA

A smooth, decadent hazelnut chocolate ice cream.

BANANA FOSTER

This "banana" foster ice cream bar is made with local PLANTAINS! Cinnamon ice cream meets a plantain compote flavored with brown sugar, Barrilito rum, cinnamon, and walnuts for crunch.

DULCE PAPAYA

Papaya, coconut ice cream with a papaya preserve filling.
